Thomas Branigan Memorial Library’s Young Adult Department is having a Paper Quilling Program on Thursday, February 2 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Board Room (upstairs). This fascinating art form still thrives after 500 years. With a little patience, a few strips of colored paper, and a little glue you can create a unique piece of art. All supplies will be provided. For students in Grades 6-12 only. Pre-registration is required. Register at Young Adult Department or reserve your spot by calling 528-4102. TH
